As much as we may want to, there’s nothing anyone can do from the day turning to night and the light fading. This is naturally a major annoyance to anyone who wants to try and observe wildlife at night, especially those that are nocturnal like the common tawny owl or badgers. It’s only been within the last ten to fifteen years that night vision binoculars were available to the general public and wildlife watchers around the world rejoiced. These are the three pairs of night vision binoculars I would recommend to any who would be interested with varying price ranges in mind.
The Yukon Tracker Night Vision (CHECK PRICE!) goggles look like something out of the latest action movie, but they are more than affordable to those that are interested enough.
These night vision goggles are for those that are serious and want to watch animals more than a few times when it gets too dark to use conventional binoculars.
Among all of these features, these are the ones that really stood out to me.
The Yukon Tracker Night Vision Goggles also can operate for over 30 hours of continuous use, which should satisfy any night vision goggle fanatic’s needs
For a few though, the large appearance and feel of the Yukon Tracker Night Vision Goggles is too cumbersome to be comfortable. Luckily, Yukon have borne this in mind and released a small, handheld version which can go over one eye.
This is a good deal cheaper than its bigger brother so this may be the scope to look into if you are under the scrutiny of a tighter budget. Due to the tighter budget there are less features, however, these are the ones that really impressed me.
This is the ideal middle ground between all of these night vision goggles. If you don’t want to spend too much money but still want to have a quality piece of equipment to play around with and use every so often, you wouldn't be mistaken to purchase the Yukon NVMT Spartan 1x24 Night Vision Monocular w/ Tactical Scope.
The Bresser 3 x 14 Digital Night Vision Scope isn't elegant by any stretch of the imagination, in fact, it’s quite heavy and bulky for a pair of night vision goggles, however it fills a gap in the market between monocular and binocular that seems to secure the best of both of the separate design choices.
This is a remarkable price and actually undercuts the Yukon NVMT Spartan 1x24 Night Vision Monocular, perhaps making it the better choice for those who are on a stringent budget. The Bresser Digital Night Vision scope has many admirable features, but these are the ones that particularly caught my eye.
For the price of the Bresser 3 x 14 Digital Night Vision Scope w/ Recording Function, you wouldn’t expect half the features that have ended up in the final product, making it a no brainer if you don’t have much money to throw around.
Each of these products appeal to the different likes of wildlife watchers, however in my mind there is one clear winner. The Yukon NVMT Spartan Night Vision Monocular is great for its price and its feature set is comprehensive.
The Bresser 3 x 14 Night Vision Scope also is great value no matter what way you look at it, but the winner between these three night vision goggles is undoubtedly the Yukon Tracker Night Vision Goggles. Sometimes it’s worth forking out the modest amount of money to get the greatest product on offer, and this is one of those occasions.
